Member Referral Terms and Conditions

• Referrals must be submitted through the Oxfordshire Greentech referral form on the Oxfordshire Greentech website Our Members | Oxfordshire Greentech, no other forms of recommendation will be valid
• Offer only valid for referrals where the organisation has not previously been a member of Oxfordshire Greentech
• Offer only valid for referrals where Oxfordshire Greentech are not currently in membership discussions with the prospective member organisation (in-flight activity)
• Oxfordshire Greentech have the right not to progress any referrals that do not meet the membership profile or would be in direct competition with an existing Pioneer member. Decisions are made at the Chief Executive Officers discretion.
• For existing Spark members. The reward of a one-month free membership will be applied if the referred organisation remains an Oxfordshire Greentech member for a minimum of six-months following successful registration.
• For existing Catalyst or Pioneer members. The reward of a one-month free membership will be applied to the successfully referred organisation if they remain an Oxfordshire Greentech member for a minimum of six-months following successful registration.
• The reward of a one-month free membership will be issued as a Stripe transaction reflecting a refund of one-months membership fee
• No cash alternative is available
