Over the past 10 years Sam has worked on sustainability issues for a variety of district councils, including on the Eco town and garden town developments in Bicester and more recently the Climate Emergency agenda. He has wide ranging and extensive experience on a portfolio of projects covering energy generation, energy efficiency, heat networks, retrofitting, electric vehicles, hydrogen, fuel cells, renewables and energy strategies.
